Our story began in 1967 when JAVA Jamaica – the Jamaica Association of Villas and Apartments LTD was founded.

Our mission back then was simple, “ We will represent the interests of the villa, cottage and condominium sector of Jamaica’s tourism industry by supporting them with lobbying powers and unite together for all our benefit”.

40 years later we are stronger and more focused as an association than ever before!

JAVA members continue to provide a large quantity, some 4,000 beds for sale throughout the majestic isle of Jamaica, West Indies.

We strive to provide every guest, every travel industry partner with quality service and quality products.

We have moved with the wave of international modernization bringing many of our more than 200 properties up to international standards providing WIFI internet, Cable/Satelite TV, Eco-friendly sustainable tourism ethics and Internet real-time booking in a safe and secure environment.
