Somewhere Villa Featured
The unusually named Somewhere villa is situated atop a bank overlooking the sea. This is a spacious villa with a large sitting room, opening onto an extensive covered veranda allowing for comfortable living both indoor and outdoor and a private swimming pool and sun terrace in its tropical garden setting.
Steps provide access to the sea beyond. Complimentary Airport Transfers - complimentary transfers are included for Prospect Plantation villa rentals of seven nights or more. Helicopter transfers can also be arranged from Montego Bay or Kingston airport to Prospect's private heli-pad within 15 minutes
Included with your stay: Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court and preferential green fees at the nearby Sandals golf and country club. Also, complimentary to guests, are the popular Prospect Plantation jitney and horse back riding tours. Please advise the onsite managers one hour in advance to reserve horses.
*Nightly rate - US$536 per night (Summer) / US$821 per night (Winter)
**Wedding: Suitable for weddings of MAX 70 guests. Minimum stay is 2 nights + US$1200 refundable deposit OR US$1200 location fee + US$1200 refundable deposit.
*** A minimum of 10 nights is required for bookings during the Christmas period (Nightly rate- US$893)
****All villas are also within walking distance of the private white sand beach known as "Reggae Beach" which has a small admission charge.

From Montego Bay: From the Montego Bay Airport travel East on Highway. Travel through Falmouth, Discovery Bay, Runaway Bay onto Ocho Rios. Continue East from Ocho Rios and pass San Souci Hotel. Just beyond the “Wag Water” sign on the left there is a private road with a sign that reads “Somewhere & Eight Rivers Villas”. Proceed on this private road (left) and Somewhere is just ahead after passing Eight Rivers.

Our story began in 1967 when The Jamaica Association of Villas and Apartments Limited (JAVA) was founded. Our mission back then was simple, “We will represent the interests of the villa, cottage and condominium sector of Jamaica’s tourism industry by supporting them with lobbying powers and unite for all our benefit”.
