From Montego Bay: From the Montego Bay Airport travel East on Highway. Travel through Falmouth, Duncans, Rio Bueno, Queen’s Highway, Discovery Bay, Runaway Bay, Salem, St. Ann’s Bay, Drax Hall and Mammee Bay Upon reaching Riu Club Hotel slow down, Travel pass “The Jewel”( formerly Sandals Hotel). Travel for another 30 seconds upon reaching first bend, slow down and make a left turn at Guard Post, then continue straight ahead. Make a left turn where the road makes a “T” Cannon Villa is second on the left ( Brightly painted Blue, Red, Purple and Orange). From Kingston: Travel West to Spanish Town through Bog Walk over flat Bridge (the Gorge) to Linstead, Ewarton, Faith’s Pen, Moneague then to Ocho Rios through Fern Gully. Upon reaching the stop light make a left filter, pass Ocho Rios Jerk Centre, Ruins, and Dunns River Falls, Travel pass Laughing Waters (JPS Power Station) upon reaching first bend make a right turn at Sign(Old Fort Bay) at Guard Post. Continue Straight ahead where the road makes a ‘T” junction. Cannon Villa is second on the left. (Brightly coloured Blue, Red, Purple and Orange).

Our story began in 1967 when The Jamaica Association of Villas and Apartments Limited (JAVA) was founded. Our mission back then was simple, “We will represent the interests of the villa, cottage and condominium sector of Jamaica’s tourism industry by supporting them with lobbying powers and unite for all our benefit”.
