Welcome to Crystal Cove, a villa designed in the classic, gracious Jamaican Georgian style in Jamaica's lushest parish. Originally a two-room boathouse and changing room used by Princess Nina Aga Khan as an adjunct to her house in San San overlooking the reef and bay, Crystal Cove is now a charming, idiosyncratic, three-bedroom villa; enjoying sea views from every room, a variety of living areas for sunning, reading, eating, and offering unrivaled access to the reef-protected lagoon for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking.
Step into the sea which laps at the walls of the living room, and swim out to the reef only forty yards away - it's quite shallow inside the reef - only about eight feet in the middle; Or snorkel along the reef in either direction, to the left leading you to Princess Nina's island, to the right to the Blue Lagoon, passing many charming vacation homes at the water's edge. Kayaking takes you through the reef-protected lagoon to either destination in minutes. Frenchman’s Cove Beach is a few minutes drive or 15 minute walk. Nearby are also Winnifred Beach, Boston Beach, Long Bay Beach, and just beyond Long Bay is Reach Falls for swimming and climbing the Falls. Tennis at Goblin Hill is a five minute walk.
Rafting down the Rio Grande and many more excursions and activities are at your fingertips! A ten-minute walk will take you up to Goblin Hill, our sister property, with its acres of lawns, innumerable birds, flowers, tennis courts, swimming pool, Tree Bar built around the massive trunk of a 300-year-old ficus tree and Hummingbird Terrace where you can observe the hovering of mango hummingbirds as well as the spectacular indigenous, streamer-tailed Doctor-bird, the national bird and symbol of Jamaica. You are invited to the Goblin Hill's manager's complimentary rum punch Calypso party at sunset on Saturdays.
*No kids under 12 years. This villa is at the waters edge. There is a 5 night minimum. Nightly rate for 1 bedroom is $475/night low season & $645/night high season; Nightly rate for the 3 bedrooms is $525/night low season & $675/night high season

Villa Directions
Directions from Montego Bay Airport: From Airport take Highway going East. Travel through Falmouth, Duncans, Rio Bueno, Discovery Bay, Runaway Bay to Ocho Rios. When you get to Ocho Rios continue on the Bypass going East. Travel through White River, Tower Isle, Oracabessa, Galina, Port Maria and on to White Hall where you take the road on the left which leads to Albany, travel pass Annotto Bay, Buff Bay, Hope Bay to Port Antonio and continue to San San, pass The Frenchman’s Cove to the Blue Lagoon and turn left onto the Blue Lagoon road, look out for the Crystal Cove Villa sign. It is the 3rd house on the left. Directions from Kingston Airport: The airport road bypasses Kingston if you turn right at the first roundabout, going east. You will pass through Yallahs, Morant Bay, Manchioneal, Long Bay, Boston Bay. About five miles before Port Antonio the Blue Lagoon road is on your right. If you pass it, you will see Goblin Hill signs on both sides of the road, which will tell you that you have just passed the Blue Lagoon road. On entering the Blue Lagoon road, Crystal Cove is the third house on the left. Continue past it, and enter a brick parking lot on your left. Toot your horn, and Myrtle and Richard will come out to meet you!

Our story began in 1967 when The Jamaica Association of Villas and Apartments Limited (JAVA) was founded. Our mission back then was simple, “We will represent the interests of the villa, cottage and condominium sector of Jamaica’s tourism industry by supporting them with lobbying powers and unite for all our benefit”.
